Godmatter floats up a solo exhibition of “Life of Gatot the Good Guy” to fill in Ruang Besar Bersama – The Hallway Space. Godmatter makes the birth of the fictional creature of Gatot which lead the narrative of this exhibition. With a distinguished bold style of its own, this cartoon-ish clown character will take over the room of The Hallway Space from 11 until 18 June.Β
Splitted into three dimensional framework, Godmatter will put the light for 9 two-dimensional works, 4 three-dimensionals works and a specific art ornament. Godmatter also initiates a public activation throughout the hook of “Gotta Catch Em All!! which will spray off Gatot’s initial figure on some spots.Β
Gatot isnt a new outburst all around the Bandung area. Deeply-created by Goodmatter, this figure plays the significant influence of European strokes and a vibrant color combination. All Godmatter piece of works slip its own message which frequently speaks a blunt word of sarcastic-yet-comical.
