A worldwide multi-brand retail store located in SCBD Jakarta, TEMPL has just launched an exclusive pop-up store for the latest collection of Dutch label Borre Akkersdijk, BYBORRE called ‘Edition9’. BYBORRE itself is widely known for its innovations in processing fabrics in a modern way to produce articles of clothing that are both durable and environmentally friendly.

In this ‘Edition9’ collection, BYBORRE deliberately collaborated with GORE-TEX and Parley to create Parley’s ‘Ocean Plastic’ yarn made from waste left in the ocean and using the BYBORRE production method. The result is an apparel lineup consisting of a Weight map Sweater, Over Shirt, and Tapered Cropped Pants equipped with a protective knitting method.

Especially for this pop-up event, TEMPL collaborated with a multidisciplinary design studio from Jakarta, Digitalnativ, to create a series of installations viewed at the RedRoom TEMPL store.
