“It’s just a question of time”, the widely electronic-music world is shocked by the death of Andy Fletcher (Depeche Mode). The co-founder and keyboardist of the new wave stalwarts, Depeche Mode. On thursday, via Depeche Mode’ official channel, the band confirmed Andy Fletcher’s cause of death by a natural cause. 

The world of synth-pop may grieve over this loss of one of the greatest minds ever alive. During his ambiguous debasing career, Andy Fletcher is credited for over 14 studio albums and countless stadium-festive performances for Depeche Mode. Over 40 years of his virtuoso, Andy Fletcher has always been the true genius of Depeche Mode’s debut album, Speak and Spell (1980) until their most recent LP in 2017, Spirit.
