Proud news came from the Indonesian film industry. Film Before, Now, & Then (Nana) was included in the main nomination for World’s Best Film at the 2022 Berlinale.
Not only that, this film, directed by Kamila Andini, is also the first Sundanese language film to be screened at the 72nd Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale) 2022. This film is set in 1960 and tells the life story of Raden Nana Sunani, which was adapted from a fragment of the novel “ Jais Darga Namak” by Ahda Imran.
