The Bandung-based hardcore group, Bleach, has released a music video for one of their tracks, which was also included in their recently released EP. The track, titled ‘Chrome,’ is now available for viewing. The music video represents the themes explored in the single ‘Chrome’. The song tells the story of a person stuck in a monotonous routine, leading to a bleak outlook on life and a sense of detachment from their surroundings. However, the lyrics also express a hope for a time when they can break free and shine. The music video visually captures these themes.
The music video was fully supported by Maternal Disaster. Reportedly, it serves as the opening installment of a series of music videos that they will release in the future. In an attempt to visualize the meaning behind the song, the band portrayed a jamming and moshing session in a confined space – in this music video, the space is depicted as an elevator. The video was released on March 15th, 2023 and is now available for viewing on Maternal Disaster’s YouTube channel.
