Smoked brisket and delicacy Sat & Sun's spices is a new top-notch option.

Jumping back with our Dish N’ Dash page, we recently stopped by and got smoked by a true delicacy of Sat & Sun. Yep, we did really enjoy the meal and the place as well as we love every chewing beef of their signature brisket. Nothing will be an excuse for not having yourself a bite from this place. For a future reference, read some following guidelines we made and set the date for your visit.

Be held for the brisket. Yep, the meaty brisket is the marquee, no doubt. Low and slow 12 hours process pulls the hell out of the meat, the bark, the smoke rings, the fat, and smooth-chewing brisket wrapped all over. You prolly scent the whiff of tasty-smoky beef yet it’s only satisfactory. Have a chop and tell yourself, do we bluff?

For all we know, the brisket menu is best served after the smoking process, though the guy here manages to dish it up just perfectly as it’s freshly smoked. Sat & Sun comes up with their authentic-invented method for making this brisket. Using all the premium stuff and jackfruit’s wood fuel, you could taste by yourself how fine the meat is and all the side-plate mixes.

Well, it’s all a tempting piece of plate. It’s definitely an unknown pleasure whether you dip for the rice variants, burger, bites or even its special platter. It all seems and tastes just legit with some signature spices created by SAT & SUN.

As we got a little tour around the kitchen, we’ve been shown the 12 secret spices, a secret recipient if you may. These local-import spices blend over the whole signature dishes which may surprise you.

Here comes the groove in a bite. It’s only fair to pick none cause these are all coming tasty. The platters go super tempting and melting with the Alter Egg-o and Rice Taker. You could also go with the side dish and pick some wings. And on top of it, get your gangs The Almeaty Platters, it’s just superb.

On repeat, the Almeaty Platter is the true delicacy. Picture yourself eating a chewy and fatty smoked brisket tagging along with the beef sausage, crispy chicken, fried baby potatoes and the refreshment of coleslaw. If you wanna go a bit lighter but still fulfilling, the Alter Egg-o and Rice Taker might as well serve you right down the throat. Personally we adore the creamy-salt of their scrambled egg and the smoked brisket fusion.

We also had some chicken wing bite and went for the saline taste of Hellowings wrapped in salted-eggs sauces. Unfortunately we ran off their Burgers menu because apparently people love it so much. Well, make sure you gotta have yourself a bite of them. Some people said their Ultimeat and Muncheese burgers are just top-notch.

Sat & Sun also serves their own signature can-beverages tagged in with some fine local brewery. We suggest you get the whole meaty menus plus the refreshing slurp with the β€œNOT STEVE’S APPLE” or β€œALE IS GOOD”.

The whole place is colored as a sunny day. The brightness and joy fills out the nuance of this place. Yep, sunny day service. Speaking of service, it’s all just fine and the price is worth the meaty-mighty taste you’re gonna experience.
