Dominate Jakarta just dropped a capsule collection in tribute to Waiting Room, a giant from the past. Paying their homage to the pivotal ska-core punk band from Jakarta, Dominate Jakarta released two graphic tees for this article. Taking cues from the influential ramble of Propaganda β Waiting Roomβs second album, this collection pictures the true power of Waiting Roomβs music identity, which is pretty much influenced by βSatu Duniaβ and βBrand New Skinβ songs.
In a brief note, Waiting Room has always been the face of the 90s punk era. Formed byΒ Eka Annash, Buluk, Ibob, Irfanno, Juan, dan Chandra, Waiting Room has been going through the road to tear down the barriers of genres and races.
This is the spirit of what Dominate Jakarta injected to this capsule collection. The mix-match, broad-thinking and creativity of Waiting Room existence shapes down the true DNA of Dominate Jakarta.
