Dwiky KA is back in action with for collaboration with Ho99o9 (horror) American hip hop/punk rock unit, Yeti Bones, theOGM, and Travis Barker. Creating exclusive artwork for Neo Shibuya’s art installation project, this visualization entitled “My Skin is My Sin”.

A visual artists from Surabaya, now based in Yogyakarta, has done many works that are pretty eccentric in a way, Dwiky managed to go international. His work delivers messages through daily life situations, combined with extreme things. Transforming all the page of testament in a fun way, Dwiky blends his artwork over the underground music culture, science fiction perspective, hardcore humor, and vintage/old Indonesian comic style.

For this project, Dwiky made a special for Ho99o9 that suited the band’s flow and music. An entire atmosphere of chemicals, tension, and cynicism are not at record highs. The whole community is teetering on the brink of collapse.

Ho99o9 was formed in 2014 after performing at the Afropunk festival, breaking the American music industry, especially the hip hop/punk genre, by merging DMX and Bone Thugs with music from the D.I.Y. New York scene such as Bad Brains and Ninjasonik. Success attracted much attention from music and audio anarchists, such as Mike Patton and The Prodigy. Fast forward in 2019, duo Yeti Bones and theOGM got acquainted with Travis Barker for a jamming session and ended up making a song called “Suge Knight”.
