Some delicacies in styles, Ghetto Gastro has been pointed out a lovely shaped-swoosh waffle in collaboration with sacai and supported by Nike. Some of these edible outsoles will only be served all along December at Tokyo Burnside, an experimental fine dinner in Tokyo.
Named to be “sacai GASTRO”, this menu will be served in 4 main waffle dishes; Strawberry Haze, Black Power, Chicken Coup, and Triple C. All the variants will come with fine looking condiments such as ice cream scope, classic Chicken Coup and even caviars. The guest will also be pleased to enjoy some beverages with a selection of coffee and matcha, Blue Bottle Coffee and Rocky’s Matcha.
The collaboration is also lifted up with a series of exclusive drop including t-shirt and tote-bag.
