Itβs almost been 6 years since the band shared their latest work. In 2016, the band released their debut single βMeranggasβ on Soundcloud and later released βMeranggas/Pusaranβ on cassette tapes via Lawless Jakarta Records in 2017.
Developed from minimalist beginnings into a more accessible sound but still with a strict post-punk aesthetic and attitude. These 3 songs were written since 2016 until 2019, the songwriting process was influenced by MRT and LRT construction in their area.

Adam Bagaskara took a moment explain the lyrics βI think the song βPalangβ represents my paranoia toward the rapid construction of MRT and LRT. Because based on my personal experience of living in Jakarta, itβs not rare that rapid infrastructure development ends up disastrous, becomes stagnant, or even ends up being a new problem that the whole city has to suffer with. However, I think at the same time the song represents my bleak imagination on what may be caused in the near future by technological advancements such as artificial intelligence, drones, and other technologies that started to come to peopleβs attention by the time the song was writtenβ. Meanwhile, The other songs βDiademβ talks about human-information interaction and βSarang/Kubanganβ talks about our reckless tendencies to give vent to fear of the mistakes weβve made through forgiveness from what or who we believe.
