Shoes that are 1 of 47 pairs of Air Force 1 collaboration is now soaring in price, reaching 90 thousand US dollars or around 1.2 billion.
This auction marks the first release of Louis Vuitton and Nike’s “Air Force 1” by Virgil Abloh made for the Louis Vuitton Spring-Summer 2022 Collection. Virgil Abloh is the creative director of the French luxury brand. Therefore, the legacy of this work is only made 200 pairs available for auction with exclusive colors and in various sizes.
Proceeds from the auction will benefit Virgil Abloh’s™ “Post-Modern” Scholarship Fund, an organization that aims to foster equality and inclusion in the fashion industry by awarding scholarships to academically promising students of Black, African-American, or African descent.
