Moncler is in progress to wipe out all the products which’ built up by animal fur materials. Expected to be accomplished in 2024, is one of the major steps taken by several luxury brands in their attempt to eliminate a chronicle of animal abuse.
Deciding to go fur-free, Moncler is following another huge label which underwent this campaign before, such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga and Gucci. In doing this new virtue, Moncler will be replacing a common material of animal fur into a special faux fur. This material is stated to be made of plastics, acrylics and polyester.
As their announcement of this move, Moncler will launch their collection of Fall/Winter 2023 that expected to be out in 2024 as their last collection which will be included a real fur material.
