Chicken Chronicles, the second issue of Lazy Susan is drawing the endemic history and fecundity of chicken dish and cuisine in Indonesia. As a platform to explore Indonesian food and its heritage, Lazy Susan has been wandering around to provide information and education on what’s entailed to culture and food.
Welcoming this year with Issue 02 “Chicken Chronicles”, Lazy Susan is taking a further step with opening up a pop store, entitled “LAZY” Indonesian Chicken. In collaboration with The Buffalo — known as a chicken wings specialist, Lazy Susan and The Buffalo are cooking a fusion chicken variant which blends a taste of our local spice with a touch of American style.
Meet the wings of Lazy Chicken from 15 January until 18 February. Expect the familiar flavours.
